Retention Software Support



PRODUCT SUPPORT is what makes a good product, great- and this is exactly why ProRetention™ is in a class of its own. Our support is sufficiently pliant to adapt to the specific needs of individual universities.

The existing support channels are
Option 1: Web/email Support
Option 2: Telephone Support

Our technicians are specialists in their fields and have been involved with ProRetention™ from the development process thus allowing them a comprehensive understaning of the product. The support team contains Subject Matter Experts in specific areas such as development, deployment, integration etc. 

QuScient has perfected a mechanism to log, manage and implement change requests, issues etc. We provide 24/7 support for critical issues and have a flexible time approach for non critical issues which will be derived in conjunction with the enterprise in an effort to provide the highest levels of service with utmost integrity 

After delivery of our software product, we will also maintain it to improve performance, enhance specific attributes or modify the product to dovetail with your specific environment.

We will also make the product more usable in a changed or changing environment. Changing environments include but are not limited to:

• Change in the data feeds from SIS and other applications
• Changes in the data from the data feeds (e.g., “Y/N” might change to “Yes/No”)
• Updating URL configuration for the data feeds
• Creating/modifying users & departments in the software
• Configuring department settings

Where required we will also modify the ProRetention™ software for enhanced performance or maintainability. Besides this, as we periodically upgrade a particular version of our retention software, these improvements will be updated in all installed sites of the same version to ensure that the clients are abreast with the latest technology and experience enhanced performance.
