Retention Software Implementation



ProRetention™ can be implemented within few weeks (usually 4-6 weeks including training). It is an elegantly designed, web-based student retention solution, which is highly scalable at no extra cost.

User Training is a part of the implementation package and we also offer a range of additional services such as Hosting, Remote Support Services, Best Practice Services, Support Services, etc at the most competitive prices which be tailored to your environment with your concurrence.

Remote Support

We offer ProRetention™ customers our expertise and experience in the following:

1. Performance Monitoring
2. Database Management
3. Upgrade / Hot Fix Installation
4. Server Administration
5. Recovery Planning

Regular monitoring and setting up of tasks for the entire user pool will be our responsibility. Taking control of remote desktops of the end-user/server machines, our administrators will install, troubleshoot and monitor the software at periodic intervals with minimal user/administrator intervention. This ensures centralized version control, root cause troubleshooting, and performance monitoring and exceptional overall system health.

Integration

ProRetention™ solutions have been integrated into a wide variety of enterprise systems. With this experience we integrate our retention software into each customer environment, based on specified requirements, understanding the needs and bearing in mind the overall infrastructure of the customer to obtain maximum functionality.

User Training

Our Training Program is designed to help clients get the maximum out of ProRetention™ student contact management program. We provide a series of planned, methodological face-to-face software training sessions supplemented with documentation, phone and remote access support.

Training sessions are tailored to meet the needs of individual clients and are held for both administrative staff and end users. The actual schedule and number of days will vary based on the size of the installation.

Supplementary training sessions if required are held over the phone with ProRetention™ being controlled/displayed via the Internet using remote access software. Additional information is provided to clients using appropriate documentation.

 

STUDENT PORTAL


Strong student relationships form the crux of successful retention programs. ProRetention™ Student Portal (SEP) is the virtual space where all student activities are available for future reference. And this is where students and university staff meet and get to know each other better.
